The tutorials provided by Netregistry are general guides to connecting a Netregistry email hosting service with your email software. For detailed assistance working with your email software, please contact the software developer.

Not sure what email software you’re using?
To find out the email software and version you are currently using:
- Load your email software.
- Along the menu bar (usually at the top of the window), locate and click the Help option.
- Select the About… option from the drop down list, e.g. Microsoft Outlook help menu.
On most email programs a splashscreen will display the version details including the year or version number.
