<p>1. Open the Mac Mail application. Then go to the &#8216;Mail&#8217; menu, and select &#8216;Preferences&#8217; (cmd + ,).</p>

<p>2. In the preferences windows, select the &#8216;Signature&#8217; tab.</p>

<p>3. Create a new signature. It should probably look like the one below:</p>

<p>4. In the &#8216;preferences&#8217; menu click in to &#8216;composing&#8217; and change from &#8216;plain text to rich text</p>
<p>5. <strong>Finally, quit Mail &#8211; this is important.</strong></p>
<p>6. Now open safari web browser and goto your signature page.</p>
<p>7. Go to the File menu and select &#8216;Save as&#8217; (cmd + shift + s).</p>
<p>8. In the window that pops up go to your home folder (your username usually) &gt; Library &gt; Mail &gt; Signatures.</p>
<p>9. Overwrite this file.</p>

<p>11. Select Preferences from the menu</p>
<p>12. Select the Signature tab</p>
<p>13.Your new HTML email signature should now have replaced the old one.</p>

<ul>
<li>Go to the location of your HTML Email Signature that has been emailed to you.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Select</span> the signature.<br />
The easiest way to do this is to Press CMD-A or Ctrl-A (pressing the &#8220;Ctrl&#8221; key and the &#8220;A&#8221; key at the same time will &#8220;Select All&#8221; &#8211; the signature will turn blue and be completely highlighted in your browser)<br />
Alternatively, select the signature with your mouse cursor. Make sure to highlight the entire signature.</li>

<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Copy</span> the signature.<br />
The easiest way to do this is by pressing Ctrl-C (pressing the &#8220;Ctrl&#8221; key and the &#8220;C&#8221; key at the same time will &#8220;Copy&#8221; the signature to your computer&#8217;s clipboard &#8211; you won&#8217;t actually see anything happening)</li>

<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Paste</span> the signature into your email program.<br />
Either within a new email, or within the &#8220;signatures&#8221; section of your program, simply paste the signature. The easiest way is again to use keyboard short cuts; press Ctrl-V (&#8216;control&#8217; + &#8216;V&#8217; is pasting from your clip board to the location where your cursor is situated.)<br />
See below instructions for specific email clients.</li>

<p>Note: The links in the signatures will not work while you are composing your message &#8211; they will work once you have received the sent message and are in &#8220;reading&#8221; mode within your email program.</p>
<h4>Pasting your HTML Email Signature in OUTLOOK 2007</h4>

<li>On the E-mail Signature tab, click New. Type a name for the signature, and then click OK.</li>

<li>In the Edit signature box, paste in the signature that you copied from your email signature page. All formatting and links will have been preserved and you can now insert the new signature into any new email.<br />
